By  DSSC Team

Business owners should be excited by any opportunity to consolidate tasks and increase output with a new platform. However, when many platforms can make promises, few can back them up.

GrooveFunnels is different. This is a platform that can appear pretty basic but has some incredible performance capabilities.

Its design isn't "basic" as much as it is "straightforward." It covers different areas of the online business world, but it helps to eliminate some of the duller aspects.

You’ll be able to share your products with a wide audience and check your stats, as well as learn other means to garner business, such as through affiliate marketing.

Meet The Team

GrooveFunnels seems destined for greatness, but it hasn’t quite reached that point. It’s understandable, though, given how new it still is. The biggest platforms all started out way less advanced than they are now.

However, GrooveFunnels has one major advantage: the people backing it. Let’s look into some of the people behind it.

Mike Filsaime

Mike Filsaime is a great software creator and businessman. He’s helped to launch other great programs, such as EverWebinar and Kartra.

John Cornetta

If you’ve followed online business news, you probably know about John Cornetta. He’s also worked Mike Filsaime, as the co-founders joined forces to make GrooveKart.

Matt Serralta

Matt Seralta is excellent at overseeing projects, as his tenure as chief operating officer with PrestaShop definitely shows.

Matt Naus

Matt Naus is another software wizard. He makes programs that are ideal for anyone running a business.

This team is certainly qualified. However, they’re definitely not arrogant. They demonstrate knowledge in things like software and marketing, but they’re also aware enough to know they have to be regularly aware of changes and issues.

They even make it easy for their users to report any problems. All programs are bound to run into problems, even the well-designed ones. The big difference with the GrooveFunnels team is how they refuse to put their heads in the sand.

They showed they care with the predecessor program, GrooveDigital.

GrooveFunnels is taking their ambition further, but it’s definitely not unchecked ambition.

The Rundown of Features

1. GroovePages

GroovePages allows users to make their own webpages, helping to drive sales. These pages look great, and they’re also incredibly easy to make.

You just need to click, drag, and drop the different pieces to make your webpages.

There’s no worry about getting different lines of code just right. GroovePages does the boring stuff for you, allowing you to make the most beautiful pages possible.

Need to change the text, including how it appears? That’s incredibly simple. It’s also straightforward to adjust the picture size. We initially had some pictures that were way too big for our pages. We just had to make some quick clicks, and we got them to standard size.

It also uses the JavaScript framework VUE.Js. This leads to speedier webpages, much better than the ordinary but obsolete Bootstrap framework.

There’s no confusion in creating a page for your site. You just need to find the right tab and click the plus sign.

2. GrooveSell

GrooveSell is focused on sales for both physical and non-physical items. Like GroovePages, it has a very straightforward design. This program is also great for starting businesses.

There’s no cap on how many sales funnels you can have with GrooveSell. You can also adjust pricing and see how any affiliate marketing campaigns are going.

There’s also a lot of useful analytical information with GrooveSell. Make sure to check this information regularly. If you see any signs of troubling trends, you can take a new course of action to make things better.

GrooveSell also helps with customer service experience. It lets you make pages to thank customers. With this, you can again pitch them on other products and deals you might have, leading to even more funnels.

GrooveSell also accepts the most significant payment processors, like PayPal and Stripe. This is a little tricky to figure out. However, there aren’t any fees attached.

3. GrooveMail

Groove's email platform, GrooveMail, helps you to communicate with customers so much faster. This program does a great job of sending the right messages to the right people through its sophisticated design.

All users can use GrooveMail. There’s a lite edition and a paid one, which allows for far more emails to be sent each day.

There are other email automating tools, but they cost way more than GrooveMail and don’t offer nearly as many accompanying features.

It’s easy to make your campaigns with GrooveMail. The more challenging part is perfecting it and finding the absolute targets.

GrooveFunnels does a job of explaining how to use GrooveMail. However, you won’t get your campaigns right unless you go through some initial trials.

It’s tough getting an email campaign just right, but GrooveMail is still an excellent feature. Understanding the more detailed aspects can help you improve your campaigns.

4. GrooveMember

If you’ve ever wanted to make a website that people sign up for subscriptions to use, check out GrooveMember.

With this kind of site, you need to know precisely how to keep your audience happy and subscribing. If you can accomplish this, you can earn incredible sums of money.

To do this, you need to provide content so good that no one else can compete with it. There needs to be a reason for your customers to pay for this content. They shouldn’t be looking to cancel their subscriptions any time soon.

You could also opt to have your webpages available for free but use special marketing tricks to drive sales. This can be a little more complicated, but it can definitely help if done right.

It didn’t take us long to figure out GrooveMember. We were able to get a fairly functional membership site going up just a few hours. We also loved how easy it was to design the pages.

However, GrooveMember isn’t just going to make you subscription-worthy posts. You need to figure out exactly how to draw people in yourself.

5. GrooveAffiliate

Affiliate marketing is a necessary part of any online entrepreneur’s plan. GrooveAffiliate helps you to find the right affiliates for your business.

This is an app that you can use with GrooveSell.

If you’ve gotten used to GrooveSell, GrooveAffiliate will be pretty easy to understand. It takes that platform’s best aspects and uses them for finding affiliates and observing sales trends.

Bringing affiliates to our business was a great decision, and getting them with GrooveAffiliate was an even better one.

We were also able to see how our affiliates were performing. This helped us decide which ones to keep working with.

Once you see an alarming statistic, you need to decide what to do. Consider speaking with affiliates who are struggling to discuss what can be done to better performance.

We really loved how easy it was to get an affiliate plan going. You can get your first one going in minutes.

Then, you can start finding affiliates who’d be right for your products.

6. GrooveVideo

Everyone is sharing and sending videos, so it makes sense for GrooveFunnels to jump on the trend. GrooveVideo is their video platform, helping you to make videos to help you find business.

You can also post these videos on social media platforms.

This is one program that needs some more work. We understand that video hosting requires a lot of bandwidth and is generally difficult, so we expect improvements to GrooveVideo.

7. GrooveWebinar

Webinars have become one of the most common ways to present information in the workplace. GrooveWebinars helps you to make these and find business through anyone who might need your webinar talents.

Although GrooveWebinars comes in the wake of other webinar-creating tools, this is arguably the best of the kind.

It’s really simple to create your webinar. There are templates you can modify to your standards. Adding more visual information to your webinars can help to make them a lot more interesting for viewers.

However, GrooveWebinars isn’t completely ready yet. Once it is, we expect it to be a widely used webinar tool.

8. GrooveKart

With GrooveKart, you can make your business a lot bigger by selling a lot more. This is similar to Shopify.

Think about what products you can sell with GrooveKart and create pages for them. You can use special tools to follow sales and structure your campaigns.

We’ve only used GrooveKart a little bit, but we can tell it's a handy tool. We had some things we couldn’t figure out, such as efficiently sorting items by type.

GrooveKart doesn’t come with the main GrooveFunnels suite right now. That said, GrooveFunnel Platinum members can access it.

9. GroovePages for Shopify

GroovePages for Shopify works by integrating GroovePages and Shopify. This is an app that costs $49 per month.

This might not be a necessary purchase. If you’ve never used Shopify before and don’t plan them, there’s no reason to get this program.

It functions very well, and we can see how Shopify users would benefit from it. We do want to tell you about some issues with it, though.

For instance, we were using Firefox and couldn’t see what a web page would look like until we used Google Chrome. Considering how vital browser accessibility is for website success, it seems like a pretty big oversight.

Additionally, it had a difficult time processing over five photos. We haven’t been posting huge pictures either. If GrooveFunnels doesn't figure this out, users will have trouble convincing people to buy their products.

10. GrooveQuiz

Our marketing department strongly urged us to use GrooveQuiz to make surveys to help track audience opinions and behaviors.

We were able to see what our customers wanted and learned to attract others in the process. They gave us solutions we hadn’t even considered.

While GrooveQuiz isn’t yet part of the suite, it should be in 2021.

11. GrooveBlog

Any business needs to have a regularly updated blog. WordPress is a very popular platform, but it has some disadvantages that frustrate users.

A great alternative is GrooveBlog. This is similar to WordPress, but it works a lot better.

It also allows for SEO integration, allowing you to work on website ranking while also writing great content.

In a few years, GrooveBlog could become the blogging platform of choice.

12. GrooveDesk

Don’t let yourself get overwhelmed by support requests. With GrooveDesk, you can consolidate these requests with a great software.

Depending on the type of GrooveFunnels software you’re using, you might have a lot of help requests coming in. You also need to have some excellent support team members on staff. Go over your expectations for answering requests.

GrooveDesk doesn’t have the same operating power as similar platforms, but it still works well and seems likely to improve.

13. GrooveCalendar

Don’t rely on a wall calendar or spreadsheet for tracking all of your appointments. Instead, trust GrooveCalendar to manage your affairs.

Everything you need to be scheduled can be with GrooveCalendar. It’s so easy to add things to GrooveCalendar.

This can also be used with GrooveMail, helping your email campaigns even more.

GrooveCalendar hasn’t been launched yet, but we hope it’s going to be a big success when it does.

Some issues would arise if GrooveCalendar wasn’t able to show why it’s better than numerous free scheduling apps that offer similar results.

If they figure it out, we could have a whole new understanding of what makes scheduling software successful.

14. GrooveSurvey

Similar to GrooveQuiz, GrooveSurvey is another excellent way to find out about your customers. Unfortunately, we haven’t yet been able to use GrooveSurvey, so we can’t say exactly how well it functions.

Still, we support using surveys as a means of analyzing business performance. We look forward to how this works with the rest of the suite.

After answering a customer's request via GrooveDesk, consider directing them to a survey so you can learn what they liked and any suggestions they have. You should always be soliciting opinions so your business can gradually improve.

15. Groove Support and Training

If you want to get the most information possible about using GrooveFunnels, check out this platform. You can spend extended time going over the videos and articles.

This is time-consuming since there are 33 videos and 69 articles, but using Support and Training can also help you to figure out solutions much faster.

We thought there could be a lot more articles and videos. Even with the large quantity, it still barely scratches the surface.

Don’t despair if you have to use the regular support system. The team is very responsive and helpful.

As GrooveFunnels grows, we expect them to bring in more support. New developments demand it.

16. Groove Community

There isn’t an official GrooveFunnels message board, and their Facebook page is pretty inactive.

A big reason for this lack of community could just be a lack of users. It could also be that those who use it aren’t as involved with it as they are with other platforms.

If this software wants to reach its full potential, they'll need to work on their community-building. Considering how much they're about helping you market your business and grow their audience, it would be crucial for them to practice what they preach.

A great, private Facebook group would be an excellent addition. This would let users interact with each other as well as key staff members. GrooveFunnels would also be able to see some common problems and figure out some long-term remedies.

Who Should Use GrooveFunnels?

Anyone with money and time can use GrooveFunnels. However, there are some people and businesses that would really benefit from using it. If any of the following applies to you, it might be a great fit.

Marketing Agencies

People who run agencies with many tasks to accomplish can definitely benefit with this multi faceted tool.

It’s great for when you have a lot of clients and need to keep their information separate. This can also help you answer their requests much more quickly. For instance, with GrooveCalendar, you'll be able to manage different appointments better.

There’s also no white labeling feature available with GrooveFunnels either. However, many are asking for it.

Course Makers

If you’re looking to get into online education, this software can be especially helpful. The combination of videos, webpage, and subscription opportunities makes it ideal for creating a great class.

Things are also made easier based on how these tools are all ready for you. Affiliate marketing can also be used when making a course.

You can also make your conversions better with GrooveFunnels, giving it an advantage over competing platforms.

There’s also no transaction fee involved. This is a platform that does more and helps you save more.

There isn’t a mobile app available yet, which does impede some of the teaching opportunities. It will be a great step forward if they introduce one.

E-commerce Businesses

This isn’t the best eCommerce tool, but it’s still a good one. The lack of plug-ins is an issue, but it helps you to make your own online store and work with API and SDK.

GrooveKart is a good place to create an online store, but you might find another platform is better for you.

What We Like

  • Once you sign up, GrooveFunnels is yours to use forever.
  • You don’t need to use a credit card for the free edition.
  • The different apps work with one another.
  • Programmers can add things like apps, thanks to the API and SDK.
  • You don’t need to know anything about programming.
  • GrooveAcademy teaches a lot about using these tools.
  • You can make even more through using affiliates.
  • Their JavaScript design helps to make webpages effective and able to handle future developments.
  • The staff is very highly qualified.

What We Don't Like

  • You don't get a distinct domain name unless you have the paid edition.
  • Since it's in beta mode, there are some issues that haven’t been worked out yet.
  • Buying it for life can be rather expensive.
  • All the programs can take a long time to learn.

How Much Does GrooveFunnels Cost?

There are multiple ways to pay for this software. You can pay the whole cost at once. You can also get two weeks free and then pay $497 each month for four months, followed by $388 for six months and $249 for a year.

The one-time payment is going to be offered until GrooveFunnels has been fully premiered. We don’t know when exactly that will be, but many speculate it’ll be in the next couple of months.

There are also four different plans to choose from.

1. Base: The Base plan doesn’t cost anything. Users receive Affiliate Program 20%, GrooveAffiliate, GroovePages Lite, and GrooveSell.

2. Silver: The Silver Plan costs $99 per month. Users receive Affiliate Program 20%, Email Affiliates, Email Buyers, Email Cart Abandons, Email Leads, GrooveAffiliate, GrooveMail, GrooveMember, GroovePages Pro, GrooveSell, and GrooveVideo.

3. Gold: The Gold Plan costs $199 per month. Users receive Affiliate Program 20%, Email Affiliates, Email Buyers, Email Cart Abandons, Email Leads, GrooveAffiliate, GrooveBlog, GrooveDesk, GrooveCalendar, GrooveMail, GrooveMember, GroovePages Pro, GrooveSell, and GrooveVideo.

4. Platinum: The Platinum Plan costs $299 per month. It includes every GrooveFunnels app.

Final Thoughts: Should You Buy It?

GrooveFunnels is still in its infancy, and there aren’t definitely things about it we don’t care for. However, that doesn’t mean we don’t think it has the potential to be great. It does.

They’ve made millions so far in people getting paid subscriptions. That’s even without it being launched yet. Just think of how much they’ll be able to make when they’re officially running.

The more people learn about this amazing software and what it can do for their business, the more they’ll want to use it. So many important tools for running a modern company can be found in their suite.

If you sign up, you could be an early adapter for one of the biggest trends in online entrepreneurship. Hopefully, we’ve helped to increase your excitement about using GrooveFunnels.

Be sure to consider your plan carefully as well. Make sure you choose one that has all the features you need. If you're not sure if you'll need every feature, consider starting with a simpler version.

Once you've determined you enjoy GrooveFunnels and its various features, you're encouraged to sign up for a more advanced version. We recommend ordering it for life if you're still able to. However, a subscription can be more convenient.

Keep your accounts in check, just like you would for the information you're putting into them. If something isn't working for you or you're not seeing the sales numbers or number of clicks you were hoping for, try something new.

It's hard work, but using GrooveFunnels can help you unlock so many new possibilities. As the suite grows, so will the opportunities for business owners like you.

Keep up with the latest news about Groove, so you be as well informed as possible. If you become a subscriber, you might eventually find yourself serving as a mentor to other new users.
